Christa Arite is the founder and CEO of Canoe Collaboration and has spent more than 15 years in program & operations management with a focus in facilitation and change management. This has enabled her to bring more value to organizations by understanding why projects fail and why projects succeed and what can be done to prepare and facilitate the right conversations and to make needed change stick.  True collaboration requires leadership and Christa has led many project teams and will bring this experience to your organization.


Christa is skilled at connecting people and ideas to solve problems and create solutions, building trust and respect along the way which is what she can bring to any organization.

She will work closely with your organization to understand its goals, challenges and how to navigate the right conversations to bring about open dialogue and change. Christa has spent years in the professional arena and has experience many facilitators do not.
